My Week of Sewing

I got stuck into Ice cream Soda after last Friday's effort & finished them off by Thursday night
Yesterday i sat down to prep coffins but i ran out of paper shapes. I'm seriously thinking i should buy a scan n cut so i can cut all my own papers as i go through so many & that is with reusing them several times. The lovely ladies from our online group have been swapping fabrics in the hope of not having a repeat in our coffin quilts making it a true charm quilt. So far so good for me. These coffins are from 2 ladies in our group.
I worked on the coffin quilt last night. I managed to get them sewn along the top & nearly all down the side when i had to go to bed. Falling asleep isn't good for sewing. :)
Happy stitching,

Everything you are working on looks amazing Jeanette. I love all your fabric combinations. Still find it hard to get my head around the word "coffin shapes" but it is looking stunning :-)

At the start of March i had this pile of blocks. I couldn't get my head around how to turn all these differing block sizes into a quilt...
