1 Christmas Item Day & a parcel

Today i'm joining Narelle who is hosting 1 Xmas Item a Month again this year. Thanks Narelle for doing so again. I had hoped to have a few things for my gift box done but its just been to hot to sit at the machine.
I had seen this on a blog a couple of years back. No pattern just a picture. I ordered the templates & into a box they went until now. I actually made this one 2nd.
I did this one 1st without the beads. The other day my bracelet arrived from Joanne. Wrapped in purple. :)
Before Xmas i'd seen it done in green & said to Jo it would be nice in purple. I received an email after New Year from Jo saying it was done.
Purple just for me. :)

A present for me. :)

Recently a parcel arrived for me from my good friend Sheila in Canada. I was so excited when i unwrapped it to see what it was as i'd admired this when Sheila made them little knowing that i would be the happy recipient. :) I love them & the handmade postcard Sheila included.
Thanks Sheila ever so much. I'll leave you with a photo of Bella "helping me" pack up my Christmas decorations a week ago.
She was so tired out from helping she went to sleep on a wallhanging.

FNSIWF's

I was looking forward to the first Friday Night Sew In with Friends for 2013. Unfortunately for me that when i signed up i forgot i was making an urgent trip to Northern NSW yesterday. By the time i returned i was to tired to stitch. I did do a little though. :)
Thanks Cheryll for hosting & you can visit other participants here.

#4 Chookshed Stitchers Challenge.

At the start of March i had this pile of blocks. I couldn't get my head around how to turn all these differing block sizes into a quilt...
