My Garden Is Growing.

Last night i finished adding the 5th row to Colonial Garden. The white octagons & the green squares were prepared for the 6th row last night so i'll be able to start sewing them tonight. I have a little problem. I'm not sure i can find all the fabrics used in the flowers for the triangle pieces along the edge. Not sure why i never cut them out at the same time as the flower petals. So my thoughts are to use the green in the squares. What do you think?.

FNSI January

It's slow sewing but it's getting there. Last night i finished off the seam adding the 3rd & 4th rows together.
I'm hoping today to prepare more white octagons & green squares for rows 5 & 6.

English Paper Piecing

I was really hoping to get to the machine to finish a huge pile of UFO's but frankly it's been to hot to sew. I didn't have any embroidery traced or pre-stamped to work on so i got this Colonial Garden EPP project out again. I'm determined to get it into a top this year.
Last time i had it out i finished off the flower, put 1 row together & started a 2nd. This week i've gotten the 2 rows together, made heaps of white octagons, green squares & have a 3rd row nearly done to add.
That will be tonight's sewing effort.

FNwf January

I started these stitcheries before Christmas but put them aside to finish working on a Christmas stitchery that i'd also started sometime in December. I finished this one last night & the matching one earlier in the week.
Unfortunately despite my precautions the thread ran. :(
