Purplicious Mischief

The EPP part of Purplicious Mischief is done. I figured why i was short the white & black joining pieces & it was not my doing. :)
Even comes with a photobomber. :) lol. I just have to cut the border fabric now & applique the top onto it.

Planning goes awry

I had managed to kinda start with my plan. I worked on my embroideries for several days & finished quite a few.
2 letters left & i can make up Master W's banner.

Then i caught up on my 100 days Hexies
After that i started back on my EPP quilt Purplicious Mischief. I added the 5 blocks to row 9 & then started adding it the top. 1 more row left. Annoyed as i discovered i'm short the black & white joining pieces. Don't know how that happened. I counted them 3 times to make sure i had them all.
Things went to hell after that. On Monday my Dad's Rabbitoh mirror fell of the wall hitting me in the left arm & the mirror cracked. I am so upset as it's something i can't replace.
Then Tuesday i wound up with gastro with a migraine. Fortunately today i feel better & thanks to Wendy for putting a smile on my face by telling me i'm this months FNSI winner. I am hoping to get back to sewing tonight.

FNSI September

I've been trying to come up with a weekly plan for my hand sewing but so far haven't implemented it. Whilst i love doing EPP i need to get back to doing embroidery/stitcheries & applique. I'm hoping to spend 2or 3 nights at each. With that in mind i traced out these stitcheries yesterday.
I even managed to get the "w" finished & the "i" started. :) The other stitchery i prepped is this one.
Now to draw myself up a rough chart for my weekly work plan to work on each of my handwork projects,

Pop over to visit lovely hostess Wendy to find the links to who all joined in last night.

Round We Go

I finished month 2 of Round We Go. Love the Halloween theme with these fabrics.
Another 25 coffins prepped. This time from my own fabrics.
I was going to start work on my coffin quilt yesterday but went with working on the next row for my Purplicious Mischief quilt.

Crafty Week

I've been having Blogger troubles. I sign in but when i go to leave a comment on a blog i come up as not signed in. Not sure what the issue is or how to fix it so i used my tablet & that seems ok for commenting but when i go to use my tablet to create a post Blogger won't load the pictures. Getting over the issues & seriously considering closing my blog altogether. These photo's are off my tablet. I had to email them to myself to do this post.

I finished my Christmas embroidery, i just have to choose fabrics now to finish the project.
Some very lovely generous ladies i met through the internet & a stitching day sent me fabrics for my Coffins. I spent an afternoon/evening prepping them all.
There is 153 coffins. After that i did a complete count of how many i had ready to sew
The total is 571 in the container. I've 247 sewn. My total is at 818. Getting closer to my 1000+ i need.

I'd gotten a little behind with my 100 hexies but caught them up Wednesday night.
I'm working on Round We Go blocks at the moment. I'll hopefully have a photo of them tomorrow. Somehow.

Happy Stitching,

FNwF September

Well i did sign up but didn't make plans. I just hoped for the best. Yes i did get done what should've been done during August - get the binding on 2 quilts. So they'll have to be September finishes now.

On went Human Nature followed by Elvis & i was set for a day of sewing. I spent several hours making binding
1st up was the Churn Dash quilt, this was put together back in 2014
Close up of Fabulous Fiona's beautiful quilting
Next quilt was the red & black star quilt. I think i put this together 2 years ago.
Another close up of Fiona's beautiful quilting
Then last night, accompanied by Star Trek Voyager, i hand stitched the binding down. So happy 2 of the nearly 20 flimsies are now done & dusted.

Pop over to lovely hostess Cheryll to find the links for who joined last night to see what projects they worked on.

Happy Stitching,
