Christmas stitchery

I just managed to scrape in my little finish for this month's OPAM.
Happy Stitching,

My Sewing month

I worked on a few projects this month. My Halloween Round We Go

This Christmas Stitchery by Fig 'n' Berry

Snowman hearts were stitched
I need to get March & April's ready since it is April tomorrow.

My stitcheries for Ruth's Dream quilt

I'd started this stitchery a while back but had run out of the white thread. Even after i stocked up i'd left it sit until this week.
Pattern by Rosalie Dekker.

Displaying my pins.

When i started collecting my pins i hadn't a clue as to how i wanted to display them. Then i thought of a hanging i want to make but haven't had the chance to get it done. What to do as my collection was building up & getting to big for the box they were stored in. I figured this hanging a friend made me would do for now.
They are all attached here now except for 1 from the 5 pack. I think my daughter wants the cactus one. :) I originally was only going to display quilting related ones but all my pins are on there as theyreflect different aspects of my life. Well except maybe the knitting ones as i don't knit anymore. I just loved the rainbow socks & of course the other knitting pin was done in purple by Jodie just for us purple lovers. :) Oh yes & the cuckoo clocks, i bought them just because. lol. There is a mushroom one on display which i didn't buy it was a thankyou gift from Jodie.

This image is from the computer of the hanging i want to make for the pins to be displayed on.

FNSI March

Yesterday was FNSI & i scraped a little sewing in.
I turned the stitchery into a needlecase to send off as a present.

Some new pins arrived yesterday to add to my collection.
I bought this one just because it is purple. :) :).

I wanted the teariffic badge in this set but it wasn't being sold separately but figured i'd love the 3 mystery pins anyway & i do. Yes i know there is 5 but i also knew the Stay Weird badge was being included so it was the other 3 that were the mystery pins.
So stay weird everyone.:) :)

Pop over to visit our lovely hostess Wendy to see what projects were worked on by those that joined in FNSI.

Friday Night with Friends March.

My FNwF started early in the day. I prepped a Christmas hanging from Fig N Berry
My iron on transfer skills are a bit of a fail but i can see it to stitch. 😊. Short intermission here for an orthodontist visit & i popped into my LQS to grab some Cottage Garden Thread for this stitchery.

Back home & next to be prepped were some snowmen. I'd started this lovely 12 month BOM from Bunny Hill Designs when it was put out years ago. I made the 1st 2 into hangings & that was that. I'm glad i still had the patterns saved as my friend Shez had started them & i thought i'd sew along with her. I'm a bit behind. 😊😊.
January & February ready to stitch down. March has to wait as the computer had a hissy fit. Waiting on parts to do a partial rebuild.

Next up was some more tags for Ruth's Dream quilt.
Then i need to make a swap gift so i traced out  "D" from Michelle's lovely alphabet pattern
And then stitched it up last night.
Pop over to our lovely hostess Cheryl, link on right side bar, to see who joined in last night & what projects they worked on.
