I decided to tackle the next big block in the Moda Modern Quilting Blocks. Yep the 36" one. Deciding on fabrics was fun. Eventually i found 2 fabrics big enough to cut out 14 x 7 &-1/4" blocks & the 19-1/4" block & that matched. Plenty of tone on tone in the cupboards for the 14 x 7-1/4" block. Then i was set. Because only pictures are shown & how many of each size to cut you pretty much have to wing it about how to sew together. I did mine a little bit the long way. :( So making the block took far longer than it should've. :)
This is it. I'm quite happy that it came together really well despite my back to front sewing. Glad that is over & done with. I was too tired last night to do much of anything. I finished the 1/2 completed little stitchery from Friday night, 2 more were completed & a 3rd one started.
Happy Stitching,
