  13. I'm reading The Wedding Quilt now and I too was surprised to find it taking place 25 years in the future. For some reason this book isn't holding my attention like the other ones did.

Hmmmm, about the book. I am a couple behind; but that is disappointing. I'll have to try to catch up soon anyway though.

  17. Congrats on your darling win from Michelle! Your new machine is wonderful....I had a needle bend so much one time, it looked like an upholstery needle. Never heard of one coming that way out of the package! I don't think I've read the wedding quilt yet, I too wonder what happened in between...maybe I'll wait to read it.

Your home looks so lovely and festive and welcoming - so many beautiful things you've made, I love it!

  20. Wow, this is beautiful. I saw your post before but had to come back when I really had time to look at everything. How I wish I had been doing some Christmas sewing throughout the year. I definitely will have to make that a goal in the New Year. I really love the dresden topper, especially with the embroidery! Happy Holidays!
