Diary cover
Last year when we were all together for my father's funeral my sister saw my diary cover & asked if i'd make one. Although i wasn't keen i said i would. She said she'd send me the fabric. Well i waited & waited. Finally before Christmas she drops it at our Mum's. Then another month goes by before it finally makes it's way to me. Meanwhile i'm busy with my own things but found time yesterday to make it.
Not to keen on it but the fabric choices she sent wasn't the best. Never mind not asking how much fabric i needed, just sent up a pile of fat 1/4s & most of those had been used already, Excuse the mark it's only water.
Hope she is happy with it.

Not sure how it got to be the 3rd Friday of the month yesterday but it was. Friday was a busy one for me. I made 10 more blocks for Ladder ...

My RSC blocks are done and caught up on 4 weeks worth of nine patches I can concentrate on my challenge project with all that done. :) Happ... -
Yesterday was the last FNwF hosted by Cheryll for 2023. How did it get here so fast ? And now it's just a few more days until Christma...
a job well done and at least it is out the way now... It's not always easy sewing with fabrics that are not your choice...

I know how that type of sewing feels. It's hard to find the joy in it. The diary cover looks good even if you had to use fabrics you weren't happy with. I hope you get some time to do some stitching just for fun.
