EPP was the project for me for FNwF yesterday hosted by Cheryll. I had completed a Lucy block on Thursday & started to add the white surrounds. That was completed last night.
Another Lucy startedOne of the orchids i inherited has flowered. I have been watching it for weeks waiting for all those buds to burst into bloom. I was out putting the stuff in the bin when i noticed one had opened but by the time i went out later to take a photo quite a lot had burst open. Now the whole lot are open.I had the GS over for a few days last weekend & he mentioned he hadn't been on a train ride. I'd been wanting to go to Bunnings so off we went to buy a few things. He was happy he had his train ride even if is was a very short one. Just one station along. :)I grabbed another punnet of petunias to plant as i had this pumpkin planter of Mums & thought it would look nice with the flowers in it.I don't think the mystery of the citrus fruit will be solved this year as each time i've gone to check on them i've discovered stink bugs on the branches/leaves around the little fruits. Thanks to the blasted bugs that area is dying off. Oh well looks like its another wait for discovery.
Happy Stitching,

Blast those bugs. Your mums pot looks lovely with some colour and a happy Grand son. Love your Lucy blocks.
Lucy is looking good. How exciting to finally go for a short train ride. It seems funny to catch the train to Bunnings. The pot looks nice and bright. and the orchid is beautiful.
Beautiful Lucy blocks, the bugs are a pain aren't they!
Nice EPP and that orchid is just stunning. I love a train ride! xx
Lovely Lucy blocks …
Some beautiful blooms in your garden.
Bugger those bugs.
Love those hexie blocks! You made nice progress during FNwF. Those stink bugs are awful! I hope they do not do too much damage to the mystery fruit tree. A day with your GS sounds like fun.
Your EPP is beautiful. I really should pick up my EPP project again.
Thanks for stopping in for FNwF... & the flowers looks beautiful.
