What's been under my needle ?
I've been working on Anni Downs Gossip In The Garden as a sew along with friends.
This is the block chosen for last month. I'll find out in a couple of weeks our next block.
Finally finished block 3 of Gail Pans A Merry Christmas Garden bom last night. Just in time as block 4 will be arriving in a week or so.
My next row in the Goodnight Irene sew a long.
My quilt top so far. After sewing Irene yesterday i decide to sew the finished panda blocks together to see what it looked like as the fiddly border has been bugging me. I've not been happy with them & that is one reason the last block has been sitting unfinished for weeks
After sewing them together i'm quite happy now & will finish that last block today & get the quilt ready for when i've finished appliqueing the bamboo borders.

Not sure how it got to be the 3rd Friday of the month yesterday but it was. Friday was a busy one for me. I made 10 more blocks for Ladder ...

My RSC blocks are done and caught up on 4 weeks worth of nine patches I can concentrate on my challenge project with all that done. :) Happ... -
Yesterday was the last FNwF hosted by Cheryll for 2023. How did it get here so fast ? And now it's just a few more days until Christma...

ReplyDeleteOh I love the gossip in the garden - such a fun quilt!!Irene is also looking great. I think your Panda quilt also looks good - those 'fussy' borders add a real element of interest.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today! I'm working on the 3rd "block group for Gossip in the Garden. I've done the one you showed today and the one with the plant that has teacups and a teapot growing on it. Now I'm working on the tea cups blocks. I wish I had a group so I'm going to follow you! Your colors are not so bright as mine but I don't have that much pale fabric. My, I'll stop! Can't wait to see what you work on next! Cheery wave! Bev
